However, the City of Mandeville shall not be liable for any failure to update any information, for whatever reason, or the inability to access Online Payment. You are solely responsible for making payments prior to due date, and for any late fees charged by the City for payments not timely paid. Late fees for payments made using Online Payment are the same as the late fees charged for mailed payment.
  • If you are paying within one day of your scheduled disconnection or if your service has already been disconnected, please call City Hall before you pay online.
